HOUSE ON THE EDGE – Valašské Meziříčí, Sokolská Street
Švec, Martin ; Müller, Zdeněk (referee) ; Ruller, Ivan (advisor)
Modern and lightweight-looking architectural concept of the town house, which is the counterbalance to the former historical development and highlight of the look-through axe from the Main square. The inner-space functional allocation come through to the exterior look of the building. The former Poláškova street is extended, there is the piazetta with outside seating. The parter is determined by the roof cantilever and the wooden pergola with the outdoor LED illumination. In the ground floor there are two shopping spaces, pharmacy and film café. The first floor contains rehab centre. Its look is maximally lightweighted, the fassade is made only from the structural glassing. This makes the contrast between the ground floor growing up from the ground a the three-storeyed section for living. This part of building is carried by massive frames from reinforced concrete and is designed as a wood framework with pasted frames and gridiron ceiling pannels. It contains 28 appartments. Most of them are low-cost, epecially for young families and singles. In the underground are three storeys of parking. 81 places are the replacement of former public parking. The arrival ramp is situated on the south side by the Sokolská street. The connection point to the busy drive-through road is on the former crossroad with the Králova street, where are newly installed the traffic lights. The access to the shops is situated on the north side by the historical town centre. To cross the parcel is possible next to the building through the small park on the western side, or throught the centre of the bulding. The terrace above the ground floor is walkable and accessible by the stairs from piazetta or by the skew roof of the film café. The skew roof contains also benches and artificial waterfall, which ends in the fountain. The fountain is there for the good feeling of the space and for technical reasins. It is connected with the reservoir of the rain water.
Low-energy building of boarding house in Chlumětín
Vtípil, Jan ; Blasinski, Petr (referee) ; Počinková, Marcela (advisor)
The master thesis deals with the design of environment friendly boarding house, which is located on a hill in a small village called Chlumětín. There are designed renewable energy sources, such as solar collectors or fotovoltaic panels. The first part deals with the design and layout of the boarding house. On the ground floor is solved, the design of the kitchen according to hygienic requirements, the design of the premises for guests with barrier-free toilets. In the attic are designed guest rooms including barrier-free room. The second part deals with the simplified design of building services. It includes rainwater management, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, lighting, cooling and heating. The third part deals with the detailed design of heating in the building. It includes design of radiator power, pipe dimension, power of wood-gas boiler, storage tanks, pumps, etc.
Heating, ventilating and air-conditioning in energy-efficient buildings
Vogel, Jan ; Pech, Ondřej (referee) ; Charvát, Pavel (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis deals with heating, ventilating and air-conditioning in energy-efficient buildings. The first part of the thesis provides an overview of suitable met-hods of heating, ventilating and air-conditioning for energy-efficient buildings. The second part contains the evaluation of suitability of these methods in newly built fami-ly houses and apartment buildings and also in building energy retrofits.
Computational Model and Analysis of Energy-Aware Buildings
Kaleta, Radoslav ; Šimek, Václav (referee) ; Strnadel, Josef (advisor)
The thesis deals with the analysis of the properties of the external and internal environment of the buildings, the possibilities of heating and cooling. The emphasis is mainly on the energy intensity and the impact of weather conditions on the building temperature during the year. The model created by UPPAAL SMC describes the behavior of heating and cooling during the year and identifies the energy demand of the given building. The building model itself can be partially modified using the built-in user interface.
Energy efficient office building
Měcháčková, Martina ; Rubina, Aleš (referee) ; Blasinski, Petr (advisor)
The topic my thesis is renovation and extension of office building in Lísek. Whole building is di-vided to three functional units. The first unit is the Municipal office, which is located in the south-east part of the building. The second unit is the Elementary school, which is located in the north-west part of the building. The last unit is the cultural hall, which is located in the centre of the building. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part includes architectural and structural design. External and internal walls are made of ceramic blocks with ETICS on the envelope. The floor structure is designed from prestressed concrete panels. The roof is a truss with a slope of 30°. As a part of the renovation the windows and door will be replaced and building will be partially ele-vated. The second part of the thesis is focused on building services. An air-conditioning unit with cooling and heating is designed in the building. The heating of the building will be managed by heat pumps. Photovoltaic panels and smart lightning are also designed. The third part of the Thesis deals with measuring of CO2. The measurement takes place in the room E410 and in a room in a family house. I am watching the dependence of the fan on the CO2 concentration. In my experiment I watch how the CO2 concentration will chance, for example If I use different types of the window or turn on the fun for 5 minutes or 30 minutes. I will also suggest a suitable fan for the room The thesis was processed with Autocad, DEK, MS Excel, MS Word, Atrea software.
